Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) taken internally has been healing people
as well as animals at a dramatic rate in recent years. It is a naturally
occurring sulfur- containing compound which assists in a number
of processes in the body. It is one of the more important substances
that the body needs to help rebuild healthy cells, and unfortunately
has all but vanished from the modern diet. MSM has been most widely
used to reduce inflammation in joints. It has powerful anti-inflammatory
action and supplies the sulfur necessary for manufacturing collagen
(which helps form bones, tendons and connective tissue). MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane)
is found in many foods and in the bodies of animals and man. Due
to the high organic sulfur content (34% by weight) of the MSM molecule,
much of the body's sulfur requirement may be obtained using this

supplying the building block for amino acids, vitamins, hormones
